Firstly because, every time I walk past Kiki K, I so badly want to buy one of their extravagantly priced organisers or calendars, mainly because they are extremely pretty and beautifully personalised. Of course, being the practical person that I am, buying a fifty-dollars organiser, which will likely be missing somewhere in action, just didn't cut it for me.
Secondly, this is the first Christmas I'll be spending away from the family, so I want to send them something special to remind them of how much I love and miss them. At the same time, I didn't wish to burn a hole in my pocket on postages. I think I can quite safely say that nobody wishes to throw fifty-dollars or more to send a present (of equivalent value or less) home.
Moreover, if you're
anything like me, and always leaving shopping for gifts to the last minute,
you'll probably buy something generic.. Like a mug or a simple birthday card
with only the words "Happy Birthday" on it because you're not sure if
adding a getting fat/old joke in the card was appropriate.
So if you're feeling a
little adventurous, or simply just curious about what I'm going on about, I'm here to demonstrate the goodness of MyMemories Suite software!
What is MyMemories Suite, you might ask..
MyMemories Suite is a digital scrap-booking software, which allows you to make a collage from your existing photos, and beautify it with little decorative objects and patterns without getting your hands dirty with glitter and glue. It's a soft copy photo album you can store on your desktop or share it online or have a hardcopy printed, bound and displayed on your coffee table.
What I really love about MyMemories Suite is that you can do more than just scrap booking with the program! For instance, I decided that on my first project was to give Snail Mail Trail a new outlook!
Creating the outlook was as easy as using any Microsoft Suite program. I'm sure growing up, most of us have to make use of Microsoft Words for a school assignment or project. I remember always adding WordArt for the title of my project and as many ClipArts as I can fit into that A4 paper (joys of a primary school kid). MyMemories Suite makes use of the same functions, hence adding words, photos or little embellishments are as easy as ABC. You can also purchase or download heaps of free design kits and layouts from MyMemories website!
When you are done with being creative, all you need to do is export the page and save it as a JPEG or PNG file, which you can then use just like any ordinary photos!

MyMemories Suite is in actual fact a creative design software! Other than a scrap-book, a design page, MyMemories Suite allows you the option to turn them into a calendar!
This is my second little project for my fridge door! It's still a work in progress at the moment, but hopefully, I'll be able to share it with you guys soon!

HI GIRLS. Ok I've just spent like half an hour trawling that site - SO MANY PRETTY THINGS!! I'm gonna go with the All I Want For Christmas pack. I usually have to spend alot on Christmas cards each year and every year I struggle with finding unique cards to write in instead of the generic Santa-Claus-on-the-front and the 'Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!' pre-written message ones. PEOPLE DON'T SELL CREATIVE CARDS ANYMORE! So I figure this will be great! I kinda get to personally create designs without needing topnotch Photoshop skills, and everyone can get a different personalized card! Figure it'll look pretty good printed on fancy paper as well, hey? Can already see myself spending hours on this. Look forward to receiving your cards from me babes! x

Hi girls :) I love this website plenty! I've done physical scrapbooks before and they are really hell expensive sometimes and looking at all the pretty things available on this site, they pretty much have similar designs to those selling in shops and I believe the best part is ITS DIGITAL. I would not have to get my hands dirty and sticky with glue and whatnot but I would enjoy doing it on the comfort of my laptop! I love the designs there, and I particularly fancy the magic of christmas layout, I would love to do one for my family this christmas together as my parents really love the photo albums I've done for them before, this would be something new that they would appreciate more, I hope! :)
