Pulling Faces

Ever wondered how your future baby will look like with your special other half or a celebrity, like Johnny Depp? Ever since I fell pregnant, I've been waiting impatiently to see how A and my baby will look like. I've always kind of had an idea that the baby will look a lot more Asian than Caucasian, given the strange genetical hierarchy, but that hasn't stopped me from hoping that my baby will win in the genetic lottery and inherit A's green eyes.

Anyway, last night A and I were messing around with my MacBook camera functions and decided to try out MorphThing using the most unflattering, triple chin chipmunk shots of the night. We've had some strange outcomes before, such as a redhead with a four inch forehead, which was just honestly freaky, so A thought it'll be funny to get another one of those. Here is the shot we took..

And here is the result! Not too sure what happened to the right cheek but at least the baby didn't turn out quite as chipmunk-ish as I thought it might, and actually had decent features.. Almost hispanic-looking

Just for good measures, I decided to do a proper one of A and I as well and here is the outcome..

Of course, I couldn't resist playing around with the app some more and did one for Jazz and Johnny Depp (I was tossing up between Prince Harry and Johnny Depp really)! Finding a proper front facing photo of Jazz is quite a mission, given she's always pulling a face! Alas, I found a fairly decent one and here's their future offspring..

With Johnny Depp's cool smile, Jazz's baby is going to be a heartbreaker!

The instructions on the website is pretty straight forward, so anybody can morph a photo of their baby. Hope this post added some good laughs to the mid-week blues for those working!
